Blend of the Day: 5 o’clock Green Power Blend!



  • 1 apple
  • 1 white peach
  • 1 handful of spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup of coconut juice
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • protein powder
  • 1 spoon peanut butter

Directions: Blend all the ingredients together until you reach the desired consistency!

This makes for an AMAZING breakfast, lunch, snack or even dinner. It is gluten free, and is a good fuel provider for those who have hectic schedules and little time or budgeted to buy one from Jamba juice. And the best part is, all this cost less than $5.00 you can use throughout the week.

This Recipe Yields: 3 servings

You can even add a little bit of Malibu rum and pineapple instead of the almond and coconut milk if you’re feeling a little blue after a long day of work and school.
